The hospital is dedicated to providing and fostering a comprehensive community health center which will provide patient-driven, high-quality medical care. Health Needs Assessment Complete

Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital has collaborated with several regional healthcare providers and health agencies to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment.

The partnership was formed to help improve the health of the communities, and the region. The group has completed a community-wide assessment which identifies and prioritizes health needs by collecting and analyzing data and soliciting community input. The results will be used to develop strategies to address the prioritized needs, with the goal of contributing to improvements in the communities’ overall health.
